INTEGRATED MANAGEMENT INFORMATION SYSTEM MONTHE WISE COVERAGE OF HABITATION After Target entry month wise progress have to be reported on IMIS for Schemes Expenditure, Scheme Coverage of Habitations and Schools By 2014-2015 main focus of Ministry has been shifted from habitation coverage to house hold coverage. If house connection are being provided by the schemes then be sure to enter this information in IMIS. This entry form is for Monthly Progress Report but Scheme data also can be updated from here.

INTEGRATED MANAGEMENT INFORMATION SYSTEM IMPORTANT POINTS More emphasis on PWS Schemes for House Connection PWS Schemes data needs to be updated if earlier House Connection data is not reported. [Data Entry=> Annual=>Update House Connections] No more data updation is allowed for Schemes prior to 2014-2015 which have been completed. Make sure to provide correct information of Schemes in MPR format like Date Of Completion, Physical and Financial and update this as and when required. Chemical Testing of Sources to be uploaded at least once in a year. Non functionality Status of Schemes/Sources to be updated prior to updation of YDU. Preferably from October to December. Inventory Expenditure should be adjusted to Schemes Expenditure Division wise entry is enable in IMIS.
