Empowering Sri Lanka's Youth: A Vision for Science and Engineering Competitions

This action plan outlines the strategic goals for Sri Lanka's participation in national science and engineering competitions over the next 3-5 years. Long-term goals include involving every school in national competitions, integrating research-based projects within school curriculums, and developing an online registration process. Short-term objectives focus on promoting SLSEF and Intel ISEF in schools, enhancing local competitions through workshops, and improving scientific review methods. Our aim is to increase student participation to 5,000 and achieve awards at Intel ISEF 2011.
