  4. La historia del tamale • Tamale means “wrapped food” in the Aztec language Nahuatl • Tamales can be traced back as early as 5000 BC. • They served as a nutritious and portable food for Aztec, Mayan, and Incan warriors.

  5. Historia (and stuff) • Mexico City has the highest elevation and is the oldest city in North America.
