Accreditation The Indian Health Service (IHS) Clinical Support Center is accredited by the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education to sponsor continuing medical education for physicians. The IHS Clinical Support Center designates this educational activity for a maximum of 14 ¼ AMA PRA Category Credit(s)™.  Physicians should only claim credit commensurate with the extent of their participation in the activity. This Category 1 credit is accepted by the American Academy of Physician Assistants and the American College of Nurse Midwives. The Indian Health Service Clinical Support Center is accredited as a provider of continuing nursing education by the American Nurses Credentialing Center’s Commission on Accreditation. This activity is designated 14.25 contact hours for nurses.

IPC3 Collaborative: Learning Session 2Continuing Education Instructions • Complete the Continuing Education Claim Sheet located in your Learning Session 2 folder and turn in to the registration desk by Thursday, April 28th. • Complete the Survey Monkey Evaluation – web link will be send via email on Friday, April 29th. • CE certificate will be mailed to the address identified on the CE claim sheet.
