Insights from the 2013 POPGROUP User Survey: Trends and Future Needs

The POPGROUP User Survey conducted between July and August 2013 gathered 48 responses, revealing key insights about user engagement and projection applications. Among the respondents, 43% were from various regions, including Scotland (7), Wales (6), and Malaysia (1), with contributions from both the private sector (2) and universities (2). The survey showed that 64% received the latest household projections data, with 75% planning to use it within six months. Nearly 69% are likely to renew service packages, while new resources such as manuals and "how-to guides" were highlighted for future development.
