  2. Original Plans Contact Faculty in the art department Coordinate with Art Students to display art around campus Contact administration concerning where art could be displayed safely

  3. Issues • Displaying student art around campus is difficult due to the amount of requests they get combined with the lack of compensation the they would receive • Lack of clear goals established by myself have hindered my ability to problem solve

  4. Potential Solutions • Attempt to pursue Art Outreach in some other capacity • Displaying art in local restaurants • Using IT to assist students in the art department through some training course • Partner with the College of Visual Arts, Theatre and Dance for a project they have a need for

  5. Schedule • Meeting early next week with the chair of the Art Department to discuss potential needs they have that could fit into our project • Establish new project goals and set expectations after the meeting • Divide responsibilities amongst group and set clear roles for each group member

  6. Measuring Success • Goals include finding a valid project to work on • Providing effective support to those we are working with • Hosting a sort of event in which our eventual project will be showcased • Will know more about which groups can assist after more information is gained for our purpose

  7. A Work in progress
