Viewing an Archive Where to find the archives • If it is within a Blackboard LMS Class … You will find it under the Communication tab>Blackboard Collaborate – then look under Previously Recorded tab. Unless your instructor has imbedded it in another section of the course.
Viewing an Archive Where to find the archives • If it is within a Moodle course … You will find it at the bottom of the session page.
Viewing an Archive Where to find the archives • If it is a recording from a Blackboard IM escalated session… In Blackboard IM click Tools/Conference/View Recordings/ (name of LMS).
Viewing an Archive Where to find the archives • If it is within the Session Administration System (SAS Admins or Supervisors only)… -Login to SAS and click Utilities. Under File Management click Files, and then Recording. Use the search tools to find your recording. -User the search tool to find your specific recording and click Accept.
Viewing an Archive • Allow the system to load • The orange line at the bottom of the screen indicates how much is downloaded. It will need to go to the end of the bar to fully load. • As it loads – this message appears at the bottom left corner : • Index sections are automatically created during the recording to mark significant events. For example: App Share started

Viewing Indexed Recordings • You can access the Recording Index in three ways: • 1. from the lower left hand corner, click the Expand/Collapse button to show the indexes: • 2. from the Playback menu on the Toolbar, select Show Recording Index The Recording Index will open and you can select your item to view:
