Examining the Interaction of HDAC6 and HuR in Cellular Response to DAPI Treatment

This study investigates the interplay between HDAC6 and HuR in cells treated with DAPI over a 24-hour period at a concentration of 50 µM. We utilized fluorescence microscopy techniques to analyze the cellular localization and interaction patterns of HDAC6 and HuR. Enhanced understanding of this interaction could provide insights into post-transcriptional regulation mechanisms involved in cellular stress responses and DNA damage repair. Our findings underscore the significance of these proteins in maintaining cellular homeostasis under pharmacological stress conditions.
