Roadmap Selection Testing • Weights of criteria to be set by 24 Feb • Letter with qualification criteria to providers by 25 Feb • Consolidated Requirements doc fixed (DN) and out to providers by 27 Feb • Testing Scenarios & Tools to INPE and JRC by 27 Feb • INPE and JRC feedback (testing subset) by 5 March • GCI-CT telecon on JRC and INPE feedback on 10 March • Testing Scenarios to CSR, CLH, GWP Providers on 11 March • Self-Testing from 15 to 20 March (feedback) • CSR, CLH, GWP testing by JRC and INPE from 6 to 23 April

Day 2 Agenda • Review of day 1 • requirements testing scenarios – IP will update 28/2 and • ExCom deliverables • Terms of Reference – Completed during mtg • Recommendations for Long-Term Ops – changes from Plenary,etc. discussed, see Excel, GEOSEC to implement (impact on Cons Req Doc, to be propagated see below) • Work Plan – GEOSEC to update based on roadmap powerpoint • Presentation – preparation: Ivan P by 18/03 before ExCom.(cannot be Alan), presenter: Alan • 14:00 Usability Testing Reports (EPA) • (and test plan with Carlos??? • Impact of Data Sharing (deferred?) • Demo (Steve) (deferred?) • Wrap Up GEOSEC update the consolidated requirements (licence ‘open source’ and fixing doug’s version Important open issue on add-ons / plug-ins to be: GEOSec to circulate first Cons Req Text, to be circulated ASAP, refer to usability testing as justification
