Teacher Evaluation Challenges Solution • Parents may not understand my method • The principal may not agree with my new approach • Children wont aware from it as parents they don’t allow them to buy the things so they don’t have idea of buying • Parent will not take their child to the bank • I will share the course manual and my notes from this course with my principal • I will use my new word processing skills to create a news letter to inform, parents of my new method • I play a game and tell about cash counter 1 child become buyer 1 is receiving the cash • I play bank game 1child become a cashier , utility bill collector , depositor , token counter and than they play a bank game
Instructional Plan • I will provide students with time for group discussion • I will ask question that require students to explain how they came to an answer • I will provide more opportunities for students to answer question that require higher-order thinking
