Virtual Meetings

In February 2010, we initiated a pilot program for virtual meetings to enhance efficiency and flexibility while reducing travel time associated with conventional meetings. This platform allows us to host distinguished speakers at no cost and gain valuable expertise in emerging virtual technologies applicable in fields like immersive training and simulations. Our global outreach is facilitated by user-friendly virtual venues that provide superior interaction compared to traditional teleconferencing, featuring voice, chat, and engaging multimedia capabilities.

Purpose • We are piloting virtual meetings to mitigate the time to conventional meetings. • We will enjoy greater flexibility with a virtual venue. • We can bring distinguished speakers at no cost. • We can gain expertise in the virtual technology that is an evolving business area for areas like immersive training, simulations and visualization.
