This action plan outlines the steps for assessing and promoting sustainability within Poland's hospitality sector through collaboration with various partnerships and organizations. Key activities include conducting needs analysis, preparing a toolkit, engaging with major Swedish companies, implementing the TNS framework, and training organizations involved in hospitality. Results will be showcased at the Annual Clean Business Dinner and Stockholm Conference, highlighting successful sustainability initiatives and fostering joint projects aimed at furthering sustainable practices in the industry.

Poland -Action Plan June 2010: Carry out needs analysis (i.e. interest in assessing & moving to sustainability in the context of the hospitality sector) with a) national network of 22 local partnerships; (b) 16 clean business clubs (c) 28 certified green tourism. NEED FRAMEWORK June 2010: Prepare PL version of tool-kit (on-line slides) NEED TOOL-KIT June/July 2010: Target large Swedish company for cooperation (H&M, Vatenfall, Ikea, Scandic, Skanska) for cooperation on adapting TNS to PL conditions. NEED PRIORITY COMPANY July 2010: Workshop in PEPF to implement TNS framework (1 change mmt/best practice case) use to compare notes/experience with TNS Sweden & LC and to identify through ongoing programming organizations active in hospitality sector for training & implementation – NEED TO COMPARE NOTES September 2010: TNS framework training of 15 organizations (either via a selected Partnership Group or Clean Business Club). ENGAGE LARGE COMPANIES October 2010: complete TNS framework implementation in selected Partnership Group or Clean Business Club. October 2010: report preliminary results in Stockholm Conference. November 2010: Annual Clean Business Dinner & Awards to include workshop on project results & sustainability monitoring and assessment & showcase examples from PL, SW & RU.
