Impact of MBZ on Polymerized Tubulin and Actin Dynamics Over 72 Hours

This study investigates the effects of varying concentrations of MBZ (0.0, 0.1, and 0.2 μM) on polymerized tubulin and actin dynamics over a 72-hour period. Supplemental Figure 1 illustrates the comparative analysis of tubulin polymerization and actin stability across different MBZ treatment conditions. Percentages of polymerized tubulin and actin levels in control and MBZ-treated samples are represented, highlighting the role of MBZ in cytoskeletal modulation. Supplemental Figure 2 presents previous experimental data for context.
