This study investigates the effects of varying concentrations of MBZ (0.0, 0.1, and 0.2 μM) on polymerized tubulin and actin dynamics over a 72-hour period. Supplemental Figure 1 illustrates the comparative analysis of tubulin polymerization and actin stability across different MBZ treatment conditions. Percentages of polymerized tubulin and actin levels in control and MBZ-treated samples are represented, highlighting the role of MBZ in cytoskeletal modulation.
