  2. Choose apples • Choose the apples in about the same size and cut out the cores.

  3. Place the apples • Place the apples on a griddle covered with some baking paper.

  4. Fill the apples with butter • Fill the apples with a tea-spoon of butter and add the same amount of sugar and cinnamon.

  5. Preheat the oven to 200 C and cook for 20 minutes.

  6. In the end Whip some cream and add some kama-flour. Serve with the apples.

  7. Serve with ice cream You can also serve with ice cream . Garnish with lemon balm leaves.
