HORA: 21,00 IMPARTE: ELENA BERMUDEZ OCHOA SOCIÓLOGA Y PSICOTERAPEUTA El reconocimiento es la confirmación de la valía del “otro” implicar crear un hábito, el hábito de enfocarse en lo bueno, en lo positivo, en lo que se puede resaltar. Y desterrar el hábito de enfocarse en lo que falta, en lo oscuro. No se trata de hacer en una actitud positiva simplista. Hemos de reconocer las debilidades pero también ser conscientes de que al lado de una debilidad existe la habilidad para transformarla en fortaleza.
