Low Dark Current Transparent UV Detectors for Improved Transient Response Evaluation

This study presents the evaluation of low dark current transparent Schottky barrier UV detectors using a test circuit. The testing includes reverse I-V curve and forward I-V curve measurements to analyze the transient response of the detectors. Collaborative research by experts in the field.
