Model Human Processor

This study explores the application of GOMS (Goals, Operators, Methods, and Selection rules) analysis on the workstation of a telephone operator. By evaluating task efficiency through GOMS, we can identify bottlenecks and streamline processes for enhanced productivity. Additionally, Fitts' Law is discussed in the context of user interface design, which significantly impacts operator performance. The insights gained aim to improve the overall usability of telephone operator systems, leading to better service delivery.
