  2. What is exercise? • Exercise is activity requiring physical moving, helps to sustain and improve health and fitness. • An activity carried out for a specific purpose. (competition)

  3. Information about exercise. The main types of exercise: • Endurance: Endurance, or aerobic, activities increase your breathing and heart rate. They keep your heart, lungs, and circulatory system healthy and improve your overall fitness. Some of endurance exercise: 1. Dancing 2. Biking 3. Swimming 4. Climbing stairs or hills 5. Playing tennis 6. Playing basketball

  4. Information about exercise. • Strength: Strength exercises make your muscles stronger. The list of strength exercise: 1. Air Bike 2. Lifting weights 3. Sit-Up 4. Push-Up

  5. Information about exercise. • Balance: Balance exercises help prevent falls, a common problem in older adults. Lower-body strength can help you improve balance. Some of the balance exercise: 1. Standing on one foot 2. Tai Chi 3. Heel-to-Toe Walk

  6. Information about exercise. • Flexibility: Flexibility exercises stretch your muscles and can help your body stay limber. Some of the flexibility exercise: 1. Cross-Over 2. Forward Lunges 3. Standing Quad Stretch

  7. Benefits from exercising. No. 1: Exercise controls weight. • Exercise can help prevent excess weight or help maintain weight because you burn calories. The more you exercise, the more calories you burn.

  8. Benefits from exercising. No. 2: Exercise fights diseases. • Exercise can fight many health conditions and diseases like heart disease, type 2 diabetes, depression, and many types of cancer. It also prevents high blood pressure.

  9. Benefits from exercising. No. 3: Exercise improves mood. • Exercise can improve your mood by exercising at the gym or taking a 30-minute walk everyday. Physical activity motivates various brain chemicals that may leave you feeling happier and more relaxed.

  10. Benefits from exercising. No. 4: Exercise boosts energy. • Exercise can make your muscles strong and boost your endurance. It also delivers oxygen and nutrients to your tissues and help your heart work more efficiently.

  11. Benefits from exercising. No. 5: Exercise promotes better sleep. • Exercise can help you fall asleep faster and deepen your sleep. Just don't exercise too close to bedtime, or you may be too energized to fall asleep.

  13. Benefits from exercising. No. 7: Exercise can be fun. • Exercise can be a fun way to spend some time. It gives you a chance to relax, enjoy the outdoors or simply engage in activities that make you happy, and connect with family or friends.

No. 8: Exercise can help your bones to stay strong even though you are old . • Women may experience a disease called osteoporosis (a weakening of the bones) as they get older. Studies have found that exercise like jumping, running, or brisk walking can help men and women keep their bones strong even though when they are old.

  15. Benefits from exercising. No. 9: Exercise can give people goals to achieve. • Exercise can give people a real sense of accomplishment and pride at achieving a certain goal like beating an old record in the 100-meter dash.

  19. Counter effects of exercising and not exercising Body shape • Without exercising, it makes you gain weight and you will have health problems, makes you uncomfortable, it makes the people around you treat you unike others, social challenges, etc..

  20. Counter effects of exercising and not exercising Heart disease • People who doesn’t exercise regularly gets heart diseases such as heart attack.

  21. Counter effects of exercising and not exercising Lower energy • People who are weak and get tired easily are the people who doesn’t exercise regularly or doesn’t exercise at all.

  24. Conclusion • Our team’s conclusion about exercise is that exercise is a very good thing in your life, but the excessive exercise is not good for health. • We think that 4-5 times a week and once 1 hour is the best choice to exercise.
