  2. ปัญหาในอดีต • หน่วยอ่านต้องลงข้อมูลพื้นฐานเองทั้งจังหวัด มากกว่าร้อยสถานบริการ • บางแห่งมีแผ่นมาให้ import ได้บ้าง ไม่ได้บ้าง • มีแผ่นมาให้แต่นามสกุลไฟล์ไม่ถูก • แผ่นชำรุด • ข้อมูลพื้นฐานผู้ป่วยไม่ครบ โดยเฉพาะเลขบัตรประชาชาน • หน่วยอ่านไม่ทราบสิทธิผู้ป่วย • พริ้นผลการตรวจ • ส่งผลการตรวจทางไปรณีย์ • การส่งข้อมูลไปให้ทาง สปสช. (เพื่อเบิกเงิน)

  3. การนำส่งไฟล์ข้อมูล • ส่งผ่านไฟล์รับ ส่ง หนังสือ สสจ.เลย • ส่งเข้าเมล์ nithipong_ams@windowslive.com loeih_cyto@hotmail.com

  4. การรับไฟล์อ่านผล (file C) Down load ไฟล์จากกล่องรับส่งหนังสือ สสจ.เลย แล้วต้อง Extract เป็นไฟล์ C ก่อนจึง Import เข้าโปรแกรม CxS2010
