  2. Vonage Qualifier Requirements Vonage requires the customer to have the following Qualifiers to sign up for home phone service. If the potential customer is missing any of the following, they will not be able to sign up for Vonage. • High Speed Internet Connection ( i.e. Cable or DSL) • Vonage works over the customer’s hi-speed internet connection. Without this, the customer will not be able to place and receive calls. • Customers who have Dial Up and Satellite internet types are not eligible as Vonage requires a consistent internet connection. • Customer Credit Card or Debit Card with a Visa/MasterCard Logo • Vonage automatically charges each recurring month so that there is no interruption of service. Vonage does not accept cash, money orders, checks. • Valid Customer Email Account • Vonage is a paperless company and communicates with the customer via email. Vonage sends the email payment notifications, updates and statements pertaining to the customer’s account.

Vonage provide matching color coded Ethernet cables to make installation easy as possible. • Easy Installation • Connect the blue Ethernet cable to the modem and blue port on the Vonage Box. • Connect the yellow Ethernet cable to the computer and yellow port on the Vonage Box. If the customer has an existing router, swap the computer with the router. • Connect the telephone cord from the telephone to Green Port 1 on the Vonage Box. • Note: Green Port 2 is for a 2nd phone number and is inactive.
