In Summation A healthy Charles County real estate/construction marketplace translates into fiscal strength; The county is competitive in terms of taxation on existing property, but hits new construction hard and has done so even during some challenging times for the industry; The industry’s capacity must be harnessed to create more contemporary and attractive environments that are amenable to the sensibilities of young knowledge workers.
