DEEM’s responsibility was to create new routes to market(RTM) at Point of Sales (POS) and at HoReCa. PROBLEM There is a proliferation of alcoholic bitters brand and there is a need to own a space at POS and HoReCa. There is also the need to introduce the two new SKUs CRITICAL INSIGHT The target audiences have a strong tendency to easily relate with strong World of Mouth (WOM) from Bar Owners, Retailers and Friends. We leveraged on these facts by meeting consumers at contact points (POS & HoReCa) and created and effective push and trial for the brand via direct marketing and advocacy.
