  4. BacTs • Small labs - online entry form • Large and Medium labs • submit XML files from LIMS • Currently in Beta Test mode • should be live by this fall

  5. Chemical Data • Very similar to BacT’s • Currently in beta testing as well • Expect all labs to use XML submittals but the web form can also be used

  6. eDWR Roles • Lab Preparer • Lab Certifier • Water System Preparer • Water System Certifier

  7. Screen Shots • Log on • Create/Edit Reports • Enter Sample Information • Enter Sample Results • Submit Sample Results • View Submitted Data

  18. Consumer Confidence Reports • CCRs are to be uploaded this year. • Must be “pdf” format • Print to “.pdf”

  19. Upload Other Documents • Documents that can be uploaded: • MORs (.pdf format) • Chemical/BacT/Rads • Plans and Specifications. • Must be “pdf” format

  20. Summary • Regulations require electronic submittal of reports and data • Large/Med Systems now • Small Systems Jan 2014 • eDWR is working for CCRs • Web form or Upload XML File • Lab or Water System submit Data • Lab or Water System must Certify Data
