However, it has the flexibility to be adapted to different site shapes and dimensions. The masterplan encompasses a total of 20 high-quality homes nestled in a safe, familiy friendly green environment. An appealing range of residences of two, three and four bedroom typologies have been carefully designed to generate the most pleasent atmosphere.
