About Suncoast Hospice Solution • Suncoast Hospice evaluated several solutions including Citrix Insight. • No solutions provided the functionality to isolate performance issues within the NetScaler – both in real-time and historically. • Selected HyperThetical for NetScaler for several reasons: • Provided real-time and historic views of data. • Visualized where bottlenecks were NOT happening to isolate where issues were located. • Was extremely affordable compared building an internal solution. • The solution was up and running quickly at a low cost. • Founded in 1977, Suncoast Hospice is a not-for-profit organization committed to serving those living with chronic and or terminal illnesses, nearing the end of life, or experiencing grief. • All of Suncoast Hospice’s traffic is running through their Citrix NetScaler. • Relies on Citrix NetScaler for system performance and network trafficking.
