  17. Fun Facts This is the only winter event of its kind in Menominee/Marinette area! Last year the temperature was 10° F! The first year of the DYP the temperature was -22° F with wind chill! Last year over 200 people took the plunge! In 2012, 95 people took the plunge! In 2011, 54 people took the plunge!

  19. Thanks to your donations In 2013 donations allowed 117 community children to attend FREE swim lessons! In 2013 over $32,000 was raised! In 2012 over $11,000 was raised! First year $5,000 was raised! Remember all donations are tax deductible! Committee is 100% volunteer!
