  41. Summary – What does all this mean to us? • Growth may mean more demand for Services. • Population Growth will be un-even in North Carolina. • People from different parts of the country may want different products, hours, services. • Diversity brings requirements for bilingual staff

  42. Summary – What does all this mean to us? • Products in Language • Rapidly increasing older population may have more free time. • Population is becoming more educated and more affluent which is good for Society.

  43. The World, the U.S., the Carolinasand your community are changing rapidly. To Flourish – Change with them!
