TWO STAGE FUNDED PROJECT ARRANGEMENTS Web materials: http://www.swap.ac.uk Guidelines for applicants for funding 08 (9 pages) Expression of interest form (one side) Full application form (4 pages) Stage 1 Stage 2 Person downloads Expression of interest form from the website – summary of info is on the back Completes form using guidelines on web, send to swapenquiries by deadline (electronic and hard copy) Applicants invited to complete full application form Panel decides which ones to proceed with Completes form from web and sends in hard copy and electronic Panel considers application forms – informs ‘winners’and losers’ Letter of agreement based on form drawn up between UoS and HEI
