  2. 2007 FXG United WayCampaign Strategy • To segment the organization into campaign units that will be responsible for raising a designated portion of the projected company wide goal. • Each DVP and DHRM will serve as Campaign Champions for their respective Division. • Each MD and RHRM will likewise serve as Campaign Champions for their respective Region. • Each segment, in coordination with the ECM, will be responsible for raising the designated goal amount to reach the corporate goal of $820,000.
