  1. Abigale Adams Abigale Adams was born in Weymouth, Massachusetts during a blizzard. She was born on November 11th, 1744.

  2. Childhood Abigail’s mother was Elizabeth Quincy and her father was William Smith. As a child , she was sick a lot , so she didn’t go to school or many other places. Her nickname was Nabby.

  3. Accomplishments Her husband John Adams was president from 1797 to 1801. She was the first lady during that time.

  4. Interesting Facts In the Revolutionary War Abigail had to melt her medal spoons into bullets. Abigail rote hundreds of letters to her husband when he was gone. Peaple didn’t think it was important for girls to be educated but Abigail knew better and said so.
