High Level Goals • What we want to accomplish for Sri Lanka • Long term goals (3-5 years) • Every school in the country to participate at national science and engineering competitions. • Make research based projects an important part of school curriculum. • Develop an online registration process for competitions. • Short term goals (1-2 years) • Promote SLSEF and Intel ISEF among schools. • Strengthen local competitions with workshops. • Improve scientific review and judging process. • Win an award at Intel ISEF 2011.

Objectives • Results we expect as proof of success: • Number of students participating at national science and engineering competitions increased to 5,000 in 5 years. • Quality of projects increased with strong scientific research methodology. • High quality projects selected and improved at national competitions. • Win an award at Intel ISEF 2011.
