Effects of MEK Inhibitor AZD6244 and PI3K Inhibitor BEZ235 on Panc1 Cell Viability

This study examines the impact of MEK inhibitor AZD6244 and PI3K inhibitor BEZ235 on the viability of Panc1 cells. Results indicate that BEZ235 significantly reduces cell viability, while AZD6244 has a milder effect. These findings suggest a differential response of Panc1 cells to these inhibitors, which could inform therapeutic strategies in pancreatic cancer treatment.
