Process för hantering av avidentifierade ansökningshandlingar Utformning av annons Rekryterings-behov uppstår Upprättande av kravprofil Utlysning Kvalifikationer listas enligt►nödvändiga►önskvärt►förstegsgivandeChef, personalint. & ev. övriga Annonsen formas enligt mall i Offentliga jobb (OJ). Information om försöket ingår. Chef, personalint.& ev. övriga Jobben läggs ut på LiU lediga jobb och AF som vanligt , men kan också läggas på OJ & Manpower. Sökande hänvisas till OJ:s CV-formulär online Personalint. Sökande registrerar CV på Offentliga jobb Automatisk avidentifiering Avidentifierad sammanställning Urval I Intervjuer &referenstagning Urval II eller OJ system CV skickas in via mail eller post Urval från sammanställning ovan görs i OJ (baserat på kravprofilen).När urvalet är begränsat nog för kallelse till intervjuer godkänns urvalet i OJ. Urvalet identifieras i och med detta godkännande, och samtliga handlingar blir tillgängliga för rekryteringsgruppen. Kallelser till intervju skickas ut Manuell avidentifiering Pappersansökan registreras i OJ (av diariet) Automatiskt kvitto på mottagen ansökan. Frågor gällande anställningen besvaras av diariet innan urval I för att undvika identifiering. Beslut om tillsättning Introduktion Statistik samlas regelbundet in av OJ:s system enligt uppdrag
