  1. Testimony: Psalms • 48 …You rescue me from the violent man. 49 Therefore I will give thanks to You among the nations, O Lord, and I will sing praises to Your name. (Psalm 18:48-49)

  2. Testimony: Psalms • 22 I will tell of Your name to my brethren; in the midst of the assembly I will praise You. 23 You who fear the Lord, praise Him; all you descendants of Jacob, glorify Him, and stand in awe of Him, all you descendants of Israel. (Psalm 22:22-23)

  3. Testimony: Psalms • 17 O God, You have taught me from my youth, and I still declare Your wondrous deeds. 18 And even when I am old and gray, O God, do not forsake me, until I declare Your strength to this generation, Your power to all who are to come. (Psalm 71:17-18) • Come and hear, all who fear God, and I will tell of what He has done for my soul. (Psalm 66:16)

  4. Testimony: Prophets • “You are my witnesses.” (Isaiah 43:10, 44:8)

  5. Testimony: John’s Gospel • He came as a witness [marturia], to testify [martureo] about the Light, so that all might believe through him. (John 1:7) • The Father:“And the Father who sent Me, He has testified about Me...” (John 5:37)

  6. Testimony: The Son • Therefore Pilate said to Him, “So You are a king?” Jesus answered, “You say correctly that I am a king. For this I have been born, and for this I have come into the world, to testify to the truth. Everyone who is of the truth hears My voice.” (John 18:37) • “The Faithful witness” – Revelation 1:5 & 3:14

  7. Testimony: The Spirit • This is the One who came by water and blood, Jesus Christ; not with the water only, but with the water and with the blood. It is the Spirit who testifies, because the Spirit is the truth. (1 John 5:6)

  8. Testimony: Believers • “But you will receive power when the Holy Spirit has come upon you; and you shall be My witnesses both in Jerusalem, and in all Judea and Samaria, and even to the remotest part of the earth.” (Acts 1:8) • Paul: Acts 23, 24, 26

Testimony: Believers • 8 Therefore do not be ashamed of the testimony about our Lord or of me His prisoner, but join with me in suffering for the gospel according to the power of God, 9 who has saved us and called us with a holy calling, not according to our works, but according to His own purpose and grace which was granted us in Christ Jesus before time began… (2 Timothy 1:8-9)

  10. Testimony: Believers • “And they overcame him because of the blood of the Lamb and because of the word of their testimony, and they did not love their life even when faced with death.” (Revelation 12:11)

  11. Testimony Service • 1 I will bless the Lord at all times; His praise shall continually be in my mouth. 2 My soul will make its boast in the Lord; the humble will hear it and rejoice. 3 O magnify the Lord with me, and let us exalt His name together. (Psalm 34:1-3)
