This guide outlines the process of conducting a steady-state thermal analysis in ASONIKA. Begin by creating a new project and assigning it a name. Import a 3D model for analysis, focusing on a heater component. Set the thermal conditions with a maintained temperature of 300°C for the heater and 27°C for the opposite side (lead-free solder). Specify the thermal conductivities for each model part, including aurum wire, lead-free solder, and heater. After completing the automatic finite element mesh generation, choose the analysis type and view the results to examine temperature distribution.

Create a new project and specify the name of the new project
For the heater set the thermal condition: maintained temperature 300 deg.C
For the opposite side of the model (lead-free solder end) set the following thermal condition: maintained temperature 27 deg.C
Specify thermal conductivities for all parts of the model (aurum wire, lead-free solder and heater)
