OSP: Conflict Detection and Support Tools Ground-Based Separation Provision (TMA) OFA 03.03.0y (NATS) OFA Coord: SWP5.7 Op Coord Fed: 5.2 Ground-Based Separation Provision (En Route) OFA 03.03.0x (DSNA) OFA Coord: SWP4.7 Op Coord Fed: 4.2 4.7.8 4.7.3 5.7.2 4.7.2 5.7.3 10.2.1 10.4.1 10.3.8 10.4.2 Conflict Detection and Support Tools OSPProposedStructure • Combine OFAs into a single group (like the OSP) but split by domain (En-route and TMA) • Simpler one-to-many relationship between OFAs • and WP4/5 projects • Less complex many-to-many relationship between OFAS and WP10 projects • Projects contributing to one set of documents (OSEDs, SPRs, INTEROPS etc) because they belong to 1 OFA only • OFA Co-ordinator role now split between WP4 and WP5 • Operational Coordinating Federating role now split between WP4 and WP5. • Ensure close co-ordination between En-route and TMA projects through Federation working. Suggestion to call OSP ‘Ground-Based Separation Provision’ Structure better reflects the IOC dates Federation Working
