Virus Scan: Sophos + Clamav: Reject wenn Virus gefunden GWDG: Bewertung eingehender E-Mail Spamassassin: Bayes-Filter DCC (Distributed Checksum Clearinghouse) Blacklists (Sendende Rechner + URL‘s im Body) Erzeugt einen SPAM-Level zwischen 0 und 60 B e S w P e A r M t u n g V S i c r a u n s L B G il r sa e tc y ik - n- g Blacklisting, optional: Email von bestimmten IP- Adressen abweisen Greylisting, optional: E-Mail an eine Sender/Empfänger- Kombination wird zunächst mit einem temporären Fehler abgewiesen, Kombination in Datenbank vermerkt (für 30 Tage) und beim nächsten Versuch die E-Mail akzeptiert MX/Mailer IMF: Wissensdatenbank, Bayes-Filter Erzeugt einen Spam Confidence Level (SCL) zwischen -1 und 9 extern I M F n e i t s l e s t l a e l g r i e g e n t IMF Tune: anpassen des SCL: mit den Werten aus dem Spamassassin SPAM-Level, Null für Email aus authentisierten Verbindungen Backend (Unix) I T M u F n e Speichern: Administrator (ab Exchange 2007 auch User) legt fest, ab welchem SCL als SPAM gewertet wird. User hat die Möglichkeit, SPAM-E-Mail z.B. in einem speziellen Ordner abzulegen. Filtern: Benutzer legtper WEB-Interface fest, welche Aktion bei einembestimmten SPAM-Levelausgeführt wird.
