Analysis of CXCR4 and CXCR7 Expression in ASV Mice at Various Ages

This study evaluates the expression levels of CXCR4 and CXCR7 in ASV mice at different ages ranging from 2 to 6 months, using relative values normalized against 18S. Data were analyzed using Spearman correlation, revealing a significant relationship between CXCR4 and CXCR7 expression (r = 0.818, P < 0.0001). This supplementary data provides insights into the role of these chemokine receptors in cellular responses during aging in murine models.
