Enhancing National Project Coordination for Effective Early Warning Systems

This project aims to strengthen the collaboration and structure of National Project Coordinators (PCU/CMO) and their counterparts, facilitating effective communication among international and regional Early Warning System (EWS) stakeholders. Key activities will involve the establishment of a Zone Management Committee and support for Community Management Committees (CBM) to enhance district-level Local Early Warning systems (LEWs). Through improved coordination and support, the project seeks to optimize disaster preparedness and response at all administrative levels.
