PLAN DE MEJORA OBJETIVO Lograr que a toda gestante atendida en los EE.SS. de la Microred San Clemente, en su primera atención prenatal se le brinda atención integral y se registre en la historia clínica las actividades de acuerdo a la norma (RM Nº 142-2007/MINSA "Estándares e Indicadores de Calidad en la Atención Materno y Perinatal").
