HRC-S Degap Corrections $CALDB/data/chandra/hrc/bcf/gaplookup/hrciD1999-07-22gaplookupN0002.fits – based on detailed corrections to line locations as a function of detector positions previously computed from polynomial degap solutions – replaces Pete Ratzlaff’s corrlam script – improves wavelength scale; rms ~ 0.006 Ang over S1 – has no measurable effect on continuum spectra – next (and final) step: apply to empirical degapping corrections derived from continuum spectra
