  3. How stress can happen • research has shown that the most • stressful jobs are: • The prison service • The police • Social work and teaching • NHS jobs, including nursing and • doctoring

  4. Affects of this • Increases sickness absences • Increases workplace stress • Has serious health and safety • implications • Contributes to low morale in the • organisation. • Makes us run away for situations that we • could normally manage.
