This study investigates the impact of pre-heating on the input enthalpy (Δh) of an evaporator system. Conducted on March 16, the experiment compares pre-heating (10 minutes at 90 W) with varying conditions. Results show Δh values of 3-6 J/g before saturation, contrasting with 6 J/g without pre-heating across different temperatures (-15 to -30°C). This analysis provides insights into mass flow and efficiency improvements with thermal management in evaporative processes, particularly for 'cookies' heating applications.
