Recruitment and selection Normally our partners will manage the selection and recruitment process from start to finish. Once a candidate has been selected, UNDP HR will manage and administrate the contract; such as hire, travel, benefits & entitlements, payroll, and separation of a staff member and dependents.   3. Cost of Services When outsourcing your HR Services to UNDP you and your staff will have direct access to a team of experienced HR and Payroll staff managing your HR programme. Cost of implementation Typically there will be a short term and one-time cost of implementing the programme; these costs include preparing the HR and Payroll data, special accounting standards (e.g IPSAS) and test of the HR and Payroll ERP system. Running cost Depending on the size of your work-force, we recommend a team composition based on the average number of HR actions for a standard service agreement. The team size may increase with additional adhoc services as agreed to. Example: If you want to implement an HR programme consisting of 300 staff members, the recommended team size consists of: 1 Team Supervisor (G7) 2 HR Associates (G6) 1 HR Assistant (G5) 1 Payroll Associate (G7) In addition the team and the partner is supported by an HR Specialist (25%), Policy Specialist (25%), and Senior Management (25%). The team can be scaled up and down depending on your requirements.
