  7. 6-Social Structure led by a ruling class of elites and priests over the peasants and laboring class

  9. 9-Mayan Empire abruptly ended around 900 CE for unknown reasons

  14. 5-Cultivated cotton, metals and gems

  15. 6-The capitol city Tenochtitlan ruled over small cities called city-states

  16. 7-The Aztecs of Tenochtitlan forced the city-states to worship their god

  17. 8-The Aztec Empire eventually failed due to uprisings in the city-states and a final defeat by Spain.

  20. 3-Capital city was Cuzco 4-Early Inca were fishermen and farmers

  21. 5-Social structure consisted of the Inca (emperor), royalty, wealthy nobles, and the ayllu (which was the rest of the people)

  23. 7-Known for pottery, masonry, and road building

  24. 8-Inca Empire eventually failed due to civil war between two Inca brothers and a final defeat by Spain in 1533
