This study explores the atmospheric properties as a function of altitude, detailing significant revisions in vehicle design, including airframe modifications, payload changes, and motor selections. We investigate flight simulation aspects like thrust-to-weight ratio and descent rates, and outline avionics hardware choices. Furthermore, we discuss the entire launch operation process—from scale model flight tests to safety precautions—while also highlighting our current and future educational outreach engagement strategies. A detailed plan of action will guide us in construction, component testing, and full-scale flight tests.
