Replace Your Light bulbs By replacing traditional light bulbs with a fluorescent bulb will save up to 150 pounds of carbon dioxide per year.
Drive Less • By car pooling, walking or riding a bike places, you can save up to 1 pound of carbon dioxide for every mile you don’t drive.
Avoid excessive packaging • By cutting down your garbage by 10% you can save up to 1200 pounds of carbon per year
Plant a Tree • A tree can absorb over 1 ton of carbon dioxide over its lifetime. • Shade that is provided by trees can also reduce your air conditioning bill by 10-15%
