  1. Jeeni Partners • Level 1: Distributor • Responsible to develop the business in a given geographical area. • Build VAR and referral network. • Provide first line of support. Responsible for local Marketing (strategy, website, leads etc) • Terms to be agreed with Jeeni S.A. • Level 2: Value added resellers (VAR) • Responsible for client training, setup, support. • Partner can provide add-on services i.e. in charge of the communications for their client, create the emailing, manage the mobile App, design, manage content etc • Partner responsible for payment of Jeeni Subscription. • Possible to regroup multiple accounts into one user account. (partner log-in only once to manage multiple accounts) • Partner gets 40% discount on list price. All accounts billed on one invoice. • Level 3: Referral • Partner promotes or refers Jeeni to clients • Client subscribes to Jeeni account. Client responsible for payment. • Partner gets commission of 3 months subscription. • i.e. client subscribes to Jeeni Professional at EUR 100/month. After 3 months, partner gets a commission equal to 3 months = EUR 300. • Paid after 3 months only with active, valid and paid subscription. • Partner sends invoice to Jeeni S.A. • Partner gets unique PARTNER KEY to enable tracking/accounting. Partners must be a registered businesses with VAT listing. Jeeni S.A. reserves the right to change these terms and conditions.
