  7. ⑵交感神经节 椎旁节：（交感干神经节） 位置：脊柱两旁每侧有19-24个节 借节间支连成左右两条交感干 上至颅底下至尾骨前面合并 椎前节： 位置：脊柱前方腹主A脏支根部 包括：腹腔神经节 主动脉肾节 肠系膜上神经节 肠系膜下神经节

  8. ⑶交通支 交感干：由椎旁节及其节间支构成 交感干与脊神经的联系： 白交通支： 灰交通支： T1—L3发出的节前纤维→T1—L3 脊神经前支→交感干 入交感干后的去向： ①终止于相应的椎旁节 ②在交感干内上升或下降 止于上或下方的椎旁节 ③穿过椎旁节形成 内脏大小神经终止椎前节

  9. 灰交通支： 交感干神经节发出的节后纤维→31对脊神经 交感干神经节节后纤维的去向： ①灰交通支返回脊神经 分布于头颈躯干和四肢 的血管汗腺竖毛肌 ②攀附动脉随动脉 分布到所支配的器官 ③由交感神经节直接 分布到所支配的脏器
