Career Orientation Program: Developing Skills and Competencies Through Work Experience

This program allows students to gain practical work experience in various sectors, seeking and contacting a recognized training company on their own. It consists of four stages over two school years, with mentorship and assessments at key points. Students spend two days a week at the company, focusing on skills, attitude, and knowledge development.

  3. Hoe en wat? • Leerlingen mogen stage lopen in elke sector • Min. 2 periodes in de sector waar de leerling examen in doet • Leerlingen zoeken en benaderen zelf een stagebedrijf • Het stagebedrijf moet een erkend leerbedrijf zijn • (www.stagemarkt.nl)

  4. 4 stage periodes • Klas 3 • 1e periodesept. t/m 1 febr. • 2e periode febr. t/m juni. • Klas 4 • 3eperiodesept. t/m dec. (kerst) • 4e periode jan. t/m apr. • 2 dagen in de week op donderdag en vrijdag

  5. Begeleiding: • 1e bezoek: binnen drie weken, kennismaking, uitleg , rondleiding • 2e bezoek: halverwege de stage, tussenbeoordeling/ functioneringsgesprek • 3e stagebezoek: laatste week, eindbeoordeling, groei? • En naar behoefte leerling en of bedrijf
